China Railway No.1 Engineering Group Co., Ltd. is a large comprehensive construction enterprise with Special-Grade General Contractor Qualifications for railway and highway projects, Class-A General Contractor Qualifications for municipal and housing construction projects, and Class-A Specialized Contractor Qualifications for railway track laying, highway pavement, tunnels, hydraulic tunnels and urban rail transit. It is a technology-intensive group integrating scientific research & technical development, construction, equipment installation, manufacturing, machinery & vehicle maintenance, material supply, project supervision, technical consulting and diversified operations.
I. Project Overview:
• Located in Xi’an, a historic city in China, this project aims to build a multimedia conference system integrated with intelligent technologies. The design adopts a suite of high-end technical solutions including high-definition seamless hybrid matrix systems, professional sound reinforcement systems and digital conference discussion systems, supplemented by an intelligent central control system to manage these sophisticated technical components. Beyond daily conferences, the system supports multi-functional scenarios such as training sessions.

Meanwhile, comprehensive optimizations have been made to system functions. II. Project Requirements:
The conference room is designed to meet the following objectives:
1. Achieve optimal cost efficiency through optimized design while ensuring advanced, reliable and cost-effective system performance to save corporate resources.
2. The sound reinforcement system shall comply with national standards for language sound reinforcement, delivering bright and intelligible speech. All design indicators shall follow the Code for Design of Hall Sound Reinforcement Systems (GB/T 28049-2011).
3. Equipped with high-end acoustic positioning technology, the system realizes precise spatial identification without tilt or deviation errors.
