Yuqu Chengnan Primary School Adopts Hishico Advanced Digital PA System to Boost Campus Communication and Teaching Quality
Located in Yuncheng, Shanxi Province, Yuqu Chengnan Primary School is dedicated to the mission of educating and nurturing students. Its core work covers implementing national fundamental educational principles and policies, providing systematic teacher training, and maintaining a teaching-centric approach to continuously improve educational quality. Backed by an initial operating fund of 69.61 million RMB, the school recently adopted the advanced digital public address (PA) system from Hishico to enhance information dissemination efficiency and teaching quality on campus.

1. Project Overview
Yuqu Chengnan Primary School has launched a large-scale infrastructure upgrade project by building a brand-new public address (PA) system. This project is not only critical for improving daily information transmission, but also a key step to enhance the overall educational environment of the school. By introducing advanced broadcasting technology, the school can quickly and efficiently deliver information and guide evacuation in emergency situations. In daily education activities, the system supports course playback and announcement distribution, which greatly enriches teaching methods and expands information coverage. In addition, the new system effectively improves the modernization level of campus management, providing a safer and more convenient learning and working environment for teachers and students.

2. Solutions Implemented
According to the school's architectural drawings and specific needs, the background music and broadcasting system achieves the following functions:
1.Scheduled Broadcast Management: Based on content requirements, the system can create one or more scheduled tasks sorted by week, hour, terminal, program and time. The system automatically completes all set tasks without manual operation, truly realizing user-friendly unattended operation.
2.Real-Time Voice Capture and Broadcasting: The IP broadcast real-time capture function can collect live audio from other sources into the server and simultaneously forward it to the designated network broadcast adapter terminals. Sources can include commercial or private radio stations, recorders, CD/MP3 players, and microphones, making the system ideal for broadcast notifications, background music, and radio relays.
3.Class Bell Scheduling: Different timed bells and reminder tones can be programmed according to students' class schedules, enabling fully unattended automatic operation.
4.Monitoring Function: The main server room is equipped with networked monitoring speakers, allowing administrators to monitor the playback content and volume levels of each terminal in real time and stay updated on the progress of all broadcast tasks.
5.Custom Program Sources: Users can create their own program sources by recording locally or copying files from remote computers, and the system supports direct transmission of program files between the server and sub-control stations.
6.Simultaneous Multi-Program Playback: Equipped with a three-source integrated machine and a music library, the IP network system meets the needs for class bells and program music. Each network broadcast zone can play different audio sources simultaneously.
7.Fire Alarm Broadcasting: Supports the simultaneous integration of multiple IP network fire collectors. Alarm modes can be pre-set in the server software to trigger campus-wide or zonal alarms.

Equipment Configuration Highlights:
1)Broadcast Center: Meticulously planned and located in the school's control room, the core equipment includes a server, audio sources, microphones, fire linkage equipment, telephone paging equipment, and related peripherals. The microphone equipment primarily consists of the IP cloud desktop intercom paging microphone SW-6002A, which supports intercom and broadcasting to single or multiple zones.
2)Peripheral Equipment: It includes the monitoring speaker SW-IP8107D, IP network fire collection terminal SW-IP8116, and equipment cabinets. To achieve timed equipment control, a program timer SW-3322D is configured to automatically power on/off music equipment and trigger scheduled program collection to designated zones.
3)Quality & Safety Assurance: The IP network active monitoring speaker SW-IP8107D ensures broadcast quality and volume control via server software. For safety, the fire smart interface SW-IP8116 links with the fire protection system. In emergencies, it immediately stops background music and activates emergency broadcasting to ensure personnel safety.

3. Project Summary
The successful deployment of the Hishico PA system at Yuqu Chengnan Primary School has won widespread acclaim from the client. This achievement signifies that the system not only meets the education sector's demand for highly efficient and stable communication but also highlights Hishico's outstanding performance in technological innovation and customer service. Through this successful case, Hishico has further consolidated its leadership position in the industry and laid a solid foundation for promoting its PA systems across broader educational scenarios in the future.
