● Xinhua College of Ningxia University is located in Yinchuan, the capital of the Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region. It is the first independent college in the Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region and a full-time, general undergraduate institution established by Ningxia University under a new mechanism and model. ● This project aims to establish an advanced, intelligent multimedia conference system for Xinhua College of Ningxia University. Carefully planned, the system incorporates a range of high-end technical facilities: an LED large-screen display system, which ensures effective information presentation through its high brightness and clarity; a high-definition seamless matrix system, which supports efficient switching and display of different signal sources to guarantee visual continuity; a professional sound reinforcement system, featuring uniform coverage and clear audio to meet the needs of meetings of various sizes; a digital conferencing system that promotes interactive discussion; and a paperless meeting system that aligns with environmental principles and enhances meeting efficiency. The overall goal is to create a fully functional conference environment suitable not only for daily meetings but also for multifunctional uses such as training, thereby advancing the College’s conference and training operations toward greater intelligence and professionalism.
Project Requirements:
Based on the usage requirements for the conference room, achieve the following objectives:
1) While ensuring the system remains at the cutting edge of technology and offers high reliability and cost-effective performance, optimal economic efficiency is achieved through precision design, with the aim of effectively conserving school resources.
2) This sound reinforcement system complies with national speech enhancement standards, ensuring clarity and brightness of sound quality. Its design specifications strictly adhere to the standards set forth in the *Design Specifications for Auditorium Sound Reinforcement Systems GB/T 28049-2011*.
3) The acoustic positioning system is precise, ensuring zero deviation and stable directionality.
4) This conference-specific sound reinforcement system is equipped with high-sensitivity microphones to ensure clear discussion and speeches. The chairman’s unit is specially configured with priority functionality to maintain order during meetings.
5) The system features efficient, seamless audio-video switching capabilities to accommodate the needs of diverse signal sources across various application scenarios.
