Integrated Smart Big Data Management System Solution
I. Industry Background
• Driven by sustained technological advancements, modern cultural and sports complexes are subject to increasingly stringent construction standards. These venues cater to residents’ cultural enrichment needs and public fitness requirements.
As such facilities grow in scale and incorporate a diverse array of functional subsystems, their day-to-day operational management has become far more complex. To deliver safer, more comfortable, convenient and intelligent venue operations, the full deployment of integrated intelligent systems and supporting extended services has become a mandatory requirement for newly built cultural and sports complexes.
II. Project Requirements
• Leveraging a big data network platform, the solution enables centralized management of all intelligent subsystems within the complex. Its coverage spans multimedia conference management, conference equipment control, high-fidelity background audio broadcasting, smart lighting control, energy consumption monitoring, video surveillance, access control, and anti-theft alarm systems, delivering unified operation, maintenance and visualised supervision across all modules.

IV. Design Solution
• The intelligent big data management platform delivers significant optimization to venue leasing operations. Traditional reservation workflows rely on on-site registration or telephone inquiries, which suffer from delayed real-time availability checks. Powered by big data information push, our online reservation system supports remote web-based booking and effectively boosts venue rental turnover rates.
• The platform centrally sorts and distributes event information covering sports tournaments, theatrical shows and dance rehearsals to realize unified information publishing. This streamlines daily operational workflows and reduces operating expenditures.
• To achieve cross-system centralized management, one SK-2900M Big Data Intelligent Management Host is deployed together with the SK-2901MR platform software. The combination connects and manages multimedia devices, IP public broadcasting systems, digital signage, and energy management systems for concert halls and exhibition venues.
With the support of the SK-2902MR docking module, data from video surveillance, smart lighting, access control, and parking management systems are fully integrated and visually presented on the large display screens in the central control room.
• Cross-system linkage function is realized via protocol docking.
• The Hishico big data network platform consolidates dozens of discrete intelligent subsystems within the cultural & sports complex. It enables centralized maintenance as well as visual interactive control of venue equipment, background audio, smart lighting, energy management, video surveillance, access control and burglar alarm systems via the central control display screen.
