Smart Building Big Data Integrated Management System Solution
I. Industry Background
• With the rapid development of science and technology, people have put forward higher requirements for air conditioning, lighting, energy consumption monitoring, centralized control, comfortable office environments, and intelligent multimedia conference systems inside buildings. As technology advances and public demand for intelligent services grows, the level of building intelligence keeps improving steadily. Traditional intelligent buildings are currently being upgraded and transformed into smart buildings, creating a safer, more comfortable, more convenient, and more intelligent living and working environment for users.
• In the Internet of Things era, multi-scenario application, human-computer interaction, intelligent operation, and environmental perception have become the core and prominent features of big data-based smart buildings.
II. Project Requirement
• Relying on a big data network platform, all intelligent and technological subsystems inside buildings are placed under unified centralized management. The system realizes centralized operation, maintenance, and visual control for multiple intelligent building subsystems, including multimedia conference management, conference equipment management, high-fidelity building background music system, intelligent lighting system, energy consumption control system, security video monitoring system, access control management system, and anti-theft alarm system.

IV. Design Proposal
• By analyzing the hardware requirements for data operation of the building, one set of SK-2900M Smart Big Data Management Platform is deployed. The SK-2901MR platform software enables access and management of the building’s multimedia conference equipment.
Hishico’s central control system, paperless multimedia conference system, multimedia processor, multimedia conference terminals, building IP public address system, and information release system can be directly connected to the central PA server via network switches, and then accessed by the big data platform. The SK-2902MR docking module facilitates data interconnection and integration with video surveillance, intelligent lighting, access control, parking management and other subsystems.
All data is integrated and displayed on the large screen in the building’s central computer room for visualized management.

• The building is equipped with a wide range of intelligent subsystems, all of which are centrally managed via the Hisco big data network platform.
This platform supports centralized operation, maintenance, and visual control of multiple intelligent systems, including multimedia conference management, conference equipment management, high-fidelity building background music, intelligent lighting, energy consumption control, security video monitoring, security access control management, and anti-theft alarm system. Meanwhile, interactive operation can be realized on large-screen display terminals.
