II. Requirement Analysis
Following the design principles of demand orientation, forward-looking, feasibility and sustainability, this integrated conference system covers daily meetings, video conferences and multi-purpose events, and features advanced design, stable operation, complete functions and efficient centralized control.

This integrated solution unifies in-person regular meetings and remote video conferences, with the following core advantages:
1. The PA system delivers outstanding speech intelligibility and stable sound pressure, complying with the national Class 1 standard for combined speech and music reinforcement.
2. It provides uniform sound coverage and smooth frequency response across the entire service area; the appearance and installation of the speakers do not disrupt the existing interior decoration style.
3. The system eliminates echo, flutter echo, and sound focusing; if the room had insufficient sound absorption during the decoration phase, thick fabric curtains are recommended as a supplementary acoustic treatment.
4. Multi-level circuit protection ensures long-term stable operation and effectively protects equipment against unexpected faults.
5. Constant-impedance one-to-one matching is implemented between speakers and amplifiers; full-range loudspeakers achieve high-fidelity sound reproduction, with intuitive operation and flexible functions.
6. Daisy-chain digital conference microphones feature a neat layout, simple installation, and minimal wiring that does not damage the interior decoration, with an effective pickup range of 50~80cm.
7. The conference host supports multiple working modes: FIFO, normal, restricted, free, request, and voice-activated, to enable flexible conference management.
8. Central control programming supports PTZ rotation, zoom, and focus adjustment for cameras, plus built-in auto-tracking to capture close-ups of active speakers.
9. Input sources cover camera, DVD, and laptop signals; outputs connect to projectors and display devices, with all signals routed via an HD hybrid matrix.
10. The hybrid HD matrix supports optional plug-in boards for CVBS, S-Video, VGA, YPbPr, DVI, HDMI, SDI, Fiber, and HDBaseT transmission.
11. It supports bidirectional IR & RS232 control via extenders, and can be controlled through front panel buttons, RS232, and LAN.
12. The central control system manages matrix switching, camera control, projector and screen lifting, power distribution, volume adjustment, DVD playback, electric curtains, and air conditioning, to simplify full-system operation.
13. A built-in Ethernet port enables remote network access and cascading; control via iPad/iPhone is supported through Wi-Fi connection.
